Disclosed is a transparent polymeric blend, which is readily recyclable several times without any significant deterioration in clarity or transparency of articles produced therefrom, comprising: A) from 9 to 90 parts by weight, preferably from 15 to 75 parts by weight, of a monovinyl aromatic-conjugated dine copolymer having a weight average molecular weight (Mw) from 50,000 to 400,000; B) from 9 to 90 parts by weight, preferably from 15 to 75 parts by weight, of a monovinylidene aromatic polymer having a weight average molecular weight (Mw) from 50,000 to 400,000; and C) from 1 to 60 parts by weight, preferably from 2 to 50 parts by weight, more preferably from 3 to 40 parts by weight, of a styrene-isoprene-styrene triblock copolymer having a weight average molecular weight of from 40,000 to 150,000 wherein the styrene content is from 25 to 60 weight percent of the total polymer, and the sum of A), B) and C) being 100 parts. Also disclosed are shaped articles from such blend and process for preparing such articles.

L'invention concerne un mélange polymère transparent pouvant être facilement recyclé plusieurs fois sans engendrer de détérioration considérable au niveau de la clarté ou de la transparence des articles produits à partir d'un tel mélange. Celui-ci comprend A) entre 9 et 90 parties en poids, de préférence entre 15 et 75 parties en poids, d'un copolymère dinénique monovinylique aromatique-conjugué possédant une masse moléculaire moyenne en poids (Mw) comprise entre 50,000 et 400,000; B) entre 9 et 90 parties en poids, de préférence entre 15 et 75 parties en poids, d'un polymère aromatique de monovinylidène possédant une masse moléculaire moyenne en poids (Mw) comprise entre 50,000 et 400,000; et C) entre 1 et 60 parties en poids, de préférence entre 2 et 50 parties en poids, et de préférence encore entre 3 et 40 parties en poids, d'un copolymère triséquencé de styrène-isoprène-styrène possédant une masse moléculaire moyenne en poids comprise entre 40,000 et 150,000, la teneur en styrène étant comprise entre 25 et 60 % en poids de l'ensemble du polymère et la somme de A), B) et C) étant de 100 parties. L'invention concerne également des articles mis en forme et produits à partir d'un tel mélange, ainsi qu'un procédé de préparation de tels articles.
