Bekannte Gas-Feder-Dämpfereinheiten neigen zu Undichtigkeiten am Kolben (2), die zu einem verfälschten Dämpfungsverhalten führen. Technische Massnahmen zur Kompensierung dieser Undichtigkeiten sind fertigungstechnisch aufwendig und teuer. Es wird daher vorgeschlagen, die Schwenkbewegungen der Kolbenachse gegenüber der Zylinderachse zu verringern und dazu zwischen dem Aufbau (11) des Fahrzeuges und dem Drehgelenk (17) an der Schwinge (12) ein zweites Drehgelenk (10) vorzusehen und beide Drehgelenke (10, 17) über ein Verbindungselement zu verbinden. Ausserdem wird der Rollbalg (4) mit veränderlichen druckwirksamen Kontaktflächen (X', X'') ausgestattet, die dem Kolben (2) in jeder Hubposition ein stabiles Kräftegleichgewicht garantieren.

Known gas-spring dampers have a tendency to leak around the piston (2), which is detrimental to the damping behaviour. Technical measures that compensate said leakage are complex and expensive from a technical production point of view. The invention therefore proposes the reduction of the pivoting movements of the piston axis in relation to the cylinder axis by providing a second pivot joint (10) between the vehicle bodywork (11) and the pivot joint (17) on the pinion (12) and by interconnecting the two pivot joints (10, 17) by means of a connecting element. In addition, the roll bellows (4) are equipped with variable contact surfaces (X', X''), which are pressure-responsive and ensure a stable balance of forces acting on the piston (2) in each position of travel.

Les ensembles amortisseurs à ressort à pression de gaz connus ont tendance à présenter, au niveau du piston (2), des défauts d'étanchéité qui conduisent à un mauvais comportement d'amortissement. Des mesures techniques dont le but est de compenser ces défauts d'étanchéité sont, en ce qui concerne la technique de fabrication, complexes et coûteuses. Il est donc proposé de diminuer les mouvements d'oscillation de l'axe du piston par rapport à l'axe du cylindre et, à cet effet, de monter entre la carrosserie (11) du véhicule et l'articulation tournante (17), sur la bielle oscillante (12), une seconde articulation tournante (10), et de relier les deux articulations tournantes (10, 17) au moyen d'un élément de liaison. En outre, le soufflet (4) est pourvu de surfaces de contact (X', X'') variables, agissant en pression qui garantissent au piston (2) un équilibre dynamique stable dans chaque position de sa course.
