The efficiency and productivity of a manufacturing facility are increased by providing a procedure for dynamically matching service requestors with service providers. In addition, embodiments of the present invention envision that those service providers currently capable of providing the requested service are matched with service requestors. In particular, during process plan execution, communications or messages are transmitted by service providers facilitating identification of services currently capable of being provided. Similarly, service requests are transmitted from service requestors. Subsequently, both the service offers and the services requests are placed in one dispatch station associated the requested service. There, the service requestors are grouped with the service providers to form service requestor/service provider groups. The service requestor/service provider groups may then be ranked and provided as options for dispatch. After ranking, a single service requestor/service provider group can be automatically selected, validated according to user-difined run rules, and then dispatched to fulfill the service demand.

Cette invention concerne un processus permettant d'accroître l'efficacité et la productivité d'une installation de fabrication grâce à un appariement dynamique de demandeurs de services et de fournisseurs de services. De plus, selon certains modes de réalisation de cette invention, ceux des fournisseurs de service qui sont actuellement en mesure d'assurer le service demandé sont placés en regard des demandeurs de services. En particulier, pendant la mise en oeuvre de plan, des communications ou des messages sont transmis par des fournisseurs de service dans le but de faciliter l'identification de service susceptibles d'être fournis actuellement. De la même manière, des demandes de service sont transmises par des demandeurs de service. Ultérieurement, les offres de services et les demandes de services sont placées dans une station de distribution unique associée au service demandé. Là les demandeurs de services sont regroupés avec les fournisseurs de services pour former des groupes de demandeurs de services/fournisseurs de service. Les groupes de demandeurs de services/fournisseurs de services peuvent ensuite être classés et mis à disposition au gré des besoins. Après classement, un groupe demandeur de services/fournisseur de services unique peut être automatiquement sélectionné, validé selon des règles de fonctionnement définies par l'utilisateur et enfin attribué afin de satisfaire la demande de service.
