Verfahren zur Herstellung einer LeuchtstoffschichtErfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Leuchtstoffschicht mit folgenden Schritten:a) Abscheiden des Leuchtstoffs aus der Dampfphase auf einem Substrat derart, dass mindestens 30 Gew.% des eingesetz-ten Leuchtstoffs auf dem Substrat abgeschieden werden undb) abrasiver Abtrag der Leuchtstoffschicht auf eine vorge-gebene gleichmäßige Schichtdicke mittels eines Polier-mittels.

The invention relates to a method for producing a coating of fluorescent material, comprising the following steps: a) depositing the fluorescent material from the vapor phase on a substrate in such a manner that at least 30 % by weight of the fluorescent material used are deposited on the substrate, and b) abrading the fluorescent coating to a predetermined even layer thickness by means of a polishing agent.

L'invention concerne un procédé pour produire une couche de matière luminescente, comprenant les étapes suivantes : a) dépôt de la matière luminescente, en phase vapeur, sur un substrat de sorte qu'au moins 30 % en poids de la matière luminescente soit déposé sur le substrat et b) enlèvement par abrasion de la couche de matière luminescente jusqu'à obtention d'une épaisseur de couche homogène prédéterminée, à l'aide d'un moyen de polissage.
