The invention provides nucleotidic sequences from corynebacteria which code for the efflux protein Dep33, a process for the fermentative preparation of L-amino acids using coryneform bacteria in which at least the Dep33 gene present is attenuated, and the use of polynucleotides which contain sequences according to the invention as hybridization probes.

La présente invention concerne un polynucléotide isolé contenant une séquence polynucléotidique sélectionnée dans le groupe formé par: a) un polynucléotide qui, pour au moins 70 %, est identique à un polynucléotide qui code un polypeptide contenant la séquence d'acides aminés de SEQ ID No. 2, b) un polynucléotide qui code un polypeptide contenant une séquence d'acides aminés qui, pour au moins 70 %, est identique à la séquence d'acides aminés de SEQ ID No. 2, c) un polynucléotide qui est complémentaire aux polynucléotides de a) ou b), et d) un polynucléotide contenant une séquence d'au moins 15 nucléotides consécutifs de la séquence polynucléotidique de a), b) ou c). L'invention concerne également un procédé de préparation par fermentation d'acides aminés L au moyen de corynebactéries dans lesquelles se trouve au moins le gène dep33 sous forme atténuée et l'utilisation de polynucléotides qui contiennent des séquences selon l'invention en tant que sondes d'hybridation.
