A method for driving a self-scanned light-emitting device array light-emitting devices in one chip can be simultaneously operated. In the self-scanned light-emitting device array consisting of a transfer section and a luminous section, the intensity of the write-in signal when two adjacent light-emitting devices of the luminous section are operated is doubled that of the write-in signal when one light-emitting device is operated. The self-scanned light-emitting device array is constituted by linearly arranged self-scanned light-emitting device array chips supplied in common with two-phase clock pulses.

L'invention concerne un procédé pour entraîner un réseau de dispositifs luminescents auto-balayés, plusieurs dispositifs luminescents disposés dans une puce pouvant fonctionner simultanément. Dans le réseau de dispositifs luminescents auto-balayés, constitué d'une partie transfert et d'une partie lumineuse, l'intensité du signal d'écriture, lorsque deux dispositifs luminescents adjacents de la partie lumineuse fonctionnent, est le double de celle du signal d'écriture lorsqu'un seul dispositif lumineux est en fonctionnement. Le réseau de dispositifs luminescents auto-balayés comporte des puces de réseau de dispositifs luminescents auto-balayés, ces puces à disposition linéaire ayant généralement des signaux d'horloge à deux phases.
