Die Erfindung betrifft ein elektrisches Bauelement mit einem Grundkörper (1) umfassend ein keramisches Material und wenigstens zwei auf dem Grundkörper (1) angeordneten Kontaktbereichen (2, 3), an denen Anschlußelemente (4, 5) befestigt sind, das von einer organische Bestandteile enthaltenden Schutzschicht (6) umhüllt ist und das eine zwischen dem Grundkörper (1) und der Schutzschicht (6) angeordnete Zwischenschicht (7) aufweist, die aus einem Zwischenschichtmaterial besteht, welches sowohl hydrophob als auch lipophob ist. Die Zwischenschicht (7) kann vorteilhafterweise aus einem Fluorpolymer bestehen, das durch Eintauchen des Grundkörpers (1) in eine dieses Polymer lösende Flüssigkeit hergestellt sein. Durch die Zwischenschicht (7) wird die Feuchtestabilität des elektrischen Bauelements entscheidend verbessert. Die Erfindung kann insbesondere für Heißleiter-Temperaturfühler verwendet werden.

The invention relates to an electrical component with a base body (1), comprising a ceramic material and at least two contact regions (2, 3) arranged on the base body (1), to which connector elements (4, 5) are fixed, which is encased by a protective layer (6), containing organic components and which has an intermediate layer (7), arranged between the base body (1) and the protective layer, made from an intermediate layer material which is both hydrophobic and lipophobic. The intermediate layer (7) is preferably made from a fluoropolymer, which is produced by dipping the base body (1) in a fluid with the polymer dissolved therein. The stability of the electrical component to damp conditions is significantly improved by means of the intermediate layer (7). The invention is of particular use in NTC thermistor detectors.

L'invention concerne un composant électrique comprenant un corps de base (1) comportant un matériau céramique et au moins deux zones de contact (2, 3) placées sur le corps de base et fixées à des éléments de connexion (4, 5). Ce composant est enveloppé d'une couche de protection (6) contenant des constituants organiques, et présente une couche intermédiaire (7) qui est intercalée entre le corps de base (1) et la couche de protection (6) et qui est constituée d'un matériau à la fois hydrophobe et lipophobe. La couche intermédiaire (7) peut avantageusement être constituée d'un fluoropolymère obtenu par immersion du corps de base (1) dans un liquide qui dissout de polymère. La couche intermédiaire (7) améliore de manière décisive la stabilité à l'humidité du composant électrique. L'invention peut notamment être utilisée pour les capteurs semiconducteurs à thermistance à coefficient de température négatif.
