Beschrieben wird ein Analysen-Chip (10), z.B. ein DNA-Array, auf dem eine Vielzahl unterschiedlicher Arten von Molekülen in jeweils zugeordneten räumlichen Bereichen (14) immobilisiert sind. Jeder Art von Molekülen ist ein zugehöriger Code in einem zugehörigen räumlichen Bereich (24) auf dem Chip zugeordnet. Der Code gibt an, welche Art von Molekülen in dem jeweiligen Bereich immobilisiert ist. Der Code kann durch die Anordnung der Moleküle ausgebildet sein, etwa dadurch, dass in einem Bereich von 5x5 Spots nur gewisse Spots belegt werden und so ein Binärcode ausgebildet wird. Alternativ kann der Code (24) unabhängig von den immobilisierten Molekülen, z.B. als zweidimensionaler Binärcode, auf dem Chip ausgebildet sein. Da beim Auslesen des Chips mit Hilfe des jeweiligen Codes selbst ermittelt werden kann, an welche Targetmoleküle gebunden wurde und welche Moleküle somit in der Probe waren, ohne dass auf externe Informationen zurückgegriffen werden muss, wird somit die Sicherheit im Einsatz von DNA-Arrays erhöht.

The invention relates to an analysis chip (10), e.g. a DNA array, on which a number of different types of molecules are immobilised in allocated spatial areas (14), respectively. A corresponding code is allocated to each type of molecule in a corresponding spatial area (24) on the chip. The code indicates which type of molecule is immobilised in the respective area. The code can be formulated according to the arrangement of the molecules, for example, if in an area of 5x5 spots, only certain spots are occupied, a binary code is formed. Alternatively, the code (24) can be formed on the chip independently of the immobilised molecules, e.g. as a two-dimensional binary code. The degree of certainty in the use of DNA arrays is increased since when the chips are read out with the help of the respective codes, it is even possible to determine which target molecules have been bound to and so which molecules were in the sample, without having recourse to external information.

L'invention concerne une puce d'analyse (10), par exemple un jeu ordonné d'échantillons d'ADN, sur laquelle sont immobilisées différents types de molécules respectivement dans différentes zones spatiales (14). Chaque type de molécules d'une zone spatiale (24) correspondante est associé à un code correspondant qui indique le type des molécules immobilisées dans la zone respective. Ce code peut être composé selon la disposition des molécules. Si, par exemple, dans une zone de 5x5 points seuls certains points sont occupés, on a un code binaire. En variante, le code (24) est représenté sur la puce quelles que soient les molécules immobilisées, par exemple, sous forme de code binaire bidimensionnel. L'utilisation du jeu ordonné d'échantillons d'ADN permet d'augmenter le degré de sécurité. En effet, lors de la lecture de la puce à l'aide du code respectif lui-même, on peut même déterminer quelle molécule cible a été liée et donc quelles molécules sont contenues dans l'échantillon sans avoir recours à des informations extérieures.
