Verfahren zur High-Throughput-Bestimmung der Enantiomerenreinheit von chiralen Verbindungen durch Anwendung der elektrophoretischen Trennung mit Hilfe von parallelen CE-Kapillaren oder von mikrofluidischen Systemen, wobei dem Elektrolyten chirale Selektoren zugesetzt oder die zu bestimmenden Enantiomere vor der elektrophoretischen Trennung in elektrophoretisch unterscheidbare Diastereomere überführt werden.

The invention relates to a high-throughput method for determining the enantiomeric purity of chiral compounds, by using electrophoretic separation, with the aid of parallel CE capillaries or microfluidic systems. According to said method, chiral sectors are added to the electrolyte, or the enantiomers to be determined are converted into electrophoretically discernable diastereomers, prior to the electrophoretic separation.

L'invention concerne un procédé servant à la détermination à haut rendement de la pureté énantiomérique de composés chiraux par utilisation de la séparation électrophorétique à l'aide de capillaires d'électrophorèse capillaire parallèles ou de systèmes microfluidiques. Le procédé selon l'invention est caractérisé en ce que des sélecteurs chiraux sont ajoutés à l'électrolyte ou en ce que les énantiomères à déterminer sont transformés en diastéréomères discernables électrophorétiquement avant la séparation électrophorétique.
