A curable fluoropolymer which is represented by the formula -(A)-(M)- {wherein (M) is represented by the formula (1) [wherein X1 and X2 each is hydrogen or fluorine; X3 is hydrogen, fluorine, CH3, or CF3; and X4 and X5 each is hydrogen, fluorine, or CF3; Rf is an organic group consisting of a C1-40 fluoroalkyl group or C2-100 fluoroalkyl group having an ether bond and, bonded to the fluoroalkyl group, one to three Y1s (Y1 is a C2-10 monovalent organic group having an ethylenically unsaturated carbon-carbon double bond at a terminal); a is an integer of 0 to 3; and b and c each is 0 or 1], and (A) is a structural unit derived from a monomer copolymerizable with the ethylenic fluoromonomer represented by the formula (M)}, and which comprises 0.1 to 100 mol% structural units (M) and 0 to 99.9 mol% structural units (A) and has a number-average molecular weight of 500 to 1,000,000. Also provided is an antireflection film obtained from this polymer.

La présente invention concerne un fluoropolymère durcissable représenté par la formule globale -(A)-(M)-. Dans cette formule globale, (M) est représenté par la formule générale (M). Dans la formule (M), X1 et X2 sont chacun hydrogène ou fluor, X3 est hydrogène, fluor, CH3, ou CF3; et X4 et X5 sont chacun hydrogène, fluor, ou CF3. Rf est un groupe organique constitué d'un groupe fluoroalkyle en C1-40 , ou d'un groupe fluoroalkyle C2-100 portant une liaison éther avec et 1 à 3 fonctions Y1liées au groupe fluoroalkyle, Y1 étant un groupe organique monovalent en C2-10 dont une extrémité porte une double liaison carbone-carbone éthyléniquement insaturée. En outre, a est un entier valant de 0 à 3, b et c valant chacun 0 ou 1.
