Abstract
(EN) The case structure of a thermostat capable of efficiently laying out a coolant flow path by burying the thermostat in a mounted member such as an engine head, easily performing a thermostat mounting work, and easily installing a coolant temperature sensor and a jiggle valve by effectively utilizing a thermostat case, comprising a tubular case (1) having an inlet opening part and an outlet opening part formed in the peripheral surface thereof, a flow path area allowing the inlet opening part (1a) to communicate with the outlet opening part (1b) in the case, and a valve disc (2) moving forward and backward so as to cross the flow path area according to a variation in temperature of the coolant flowing through the flow path area and disconnecting and connecting the flow path area by the forward and backward movement, wherein the thermostat is buried in a fitted hole in the mounted member having the coolant flow path formed therein, and a through-hole (1d) is formed in the case (1).
(FR) L'invention concerne une structure de boîtier de thermostat permettant d'établir efficacement le circuit d'écoulement du fluide de refroidissement selon un procédé consistant à placer le thermostat dans un élément monté telle que la culasse de moteur, d'effectuer facilement le montage du thermostat, et d'installer facilement un capteur de température de liquide de refroidissement et une soupape à l'aide du boîtier de thermostat. Cette structure se compose d'un boîtier tubulaire (1) comprenant une ouverture d'entrée et une ouverture de sortie formées sur la surface périphérique du boîtier, un circuit d'écoulement reliant l'ouverture d'entrée (1a) et l'ouverture de sortie (1b) dans le boîtier, et un disque de soupape (2) pouvant effectuer un mouvement vers l'avant et vers l'arrière de façon à ouvrir ou à fermer le circuit d'écoulement du liquide de refroidissement en fonction de la variation de température du liquide de refroidissement. Le thermostat est logé dans un espace restreint situé dans l'élément monté comprenant le circuit d'écoulement de liquide de refroidissement. Le boîtier (1) comprend également un trou de passage (1d).
