Abstract
(EN) A process for efficient synthesis of optically active thiazolidinone derivatives of the general formula (1) which comprises optically resolving a racemic carboxylic acid of the general formula (4) by using an (S)-(-)-N-benzyl-$g(a)-phenylalkylamine as the reagent for optical resolution to thereby obtain the corresponding (S)-carboxylic acid.
(FR) Procédé servant à effectuer la synthèse efficace de dérivés de thiazolidinone optiquement actifs représentés par la formule générale (I) ce qui consiste à effectuer la résolution optique d'un acide carboxylique racémique représenté par la formule générale (4) au moyen d'une (S)-(-)-N-benzyl-$g(a)-phénylalkylamine en tant que réactif de résolution optique, ce qui permet d'obtenir l'acide (S)-carboxylique correspondant.
