Abstract
(EN) The invention concerns a dispersion comprising: at least two non-miscible phases one of which at least is liquid, and at least an emulsifying agent selected among soluble polysaccharides. The invention is characterised in that the polysaccharide is a heteroxylan or a substance rich in heteroxylans and the liquid is a mixture of oil(s). The invention further concerns formulations for use in cosmetics, food industry, detergency, agrochemistry, industrial formulations, pharmaceutics, building materials, bore fluids, free radical polymerisation.
(FR) La présente invention a pour objet une dispersion comprenant : au moins deux phases non miscibles dont au moins une est liquide, et, au moins un agent émulsifiant choisi parmi les polysaccharides solubles, caractérisé en ce que le polysaccharide est un hétéroxylane ou une substance riche en hétéroxylanes et le liquide est une ou un mélange d'huile(s). Elle a, en outre, pour objet des formulations destinées à une utilisation dans les domaines de la cosmétique, de l'alimentaire, de la détergence, de l'agrochimie, des formulations industrielles , pharmaceutiques, des matériaux de construction, des fluides de forage, de la polymérisation radicalaire.
