(EN)A method for preparing a substrate having an electrode attached thereto, which comprises forming an oxide conductive film which is amorphous or mainly amorphous on a substrate at a temperature below the crystallization temperature thereof, and then heating the formed oxide conductive film to thereby crystallize it. The oxide conductive film is fabricated into the shape of an electrode prior to or after the crystallization, when desired.
(FR)L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un substrat auquel une électrode est attachée. Ce procédé consiste à former un film conducteur d'oxyde qui est amorphe ou sensiblement amorphe sur un substrat à une température inférieure à la température de cristallisation de celui-ci, puis à chauffer ledit film en vue de le cristalliser. Le film conducteur d'oxyde est fabriqué en forme d'électrode avant ou après la cristallisation, au besoin.
