Abstract
(DE) Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren zum berührungslosen Messen von Geometrien wie Oberflächen von Gegenständen, mittels einer Koordinatenmessmaschine mit einem Laserstrahlenbündel, der über ein optisches System auf einen Messpunkt des Gegenstandes abgebildet wird, und wobei von dem Messpunkt reflektiertes oder gestreutes Licht von einem Detektor erfasst wird. Um mit einfachen Maßnahmen den Einsatzbereich erweitern zu können, wird vorgeschlagen, dass das optische System eine Zoomoptik umfasst, deren Linsengruppen jeweils motorisch in Stellungen für Arbeitsabstand und/oder Auflösung und/oder Messbereich separat voneinander verstellt werden.
(EN) The invention relates to a method for carrying out the non-contact measurement of geometries such as surfaces of objects. The measuring is carried out by a coordinate measuring machine with a laser beam, which is projected onto a measuring point of the object via an optical system, and light that is reflected or scattered by the measuring point is detected by a detector. The aim of the invention is to be able to expand the field of application by invoking the use of simple measures. To this end, the invention provides that the optical system comprises zoom optics whose lens groups are each motor-adjusted separately from one another in positions for working distance and/or resolution and/or measuring range.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé permettant la mesure sans contact de la géométrie telle que la surface d'objets, au moyen d'un dispositif de mesure de coordonnées comprenant un faisceau laser qui est projeté sur un point de mesure de l'objet par l'intermédiaire d'un système optique, la lumière réfléchie ou dispersée par le point de mesure étant détectée par un détecteur. L'invention a pour objet d'augmenter de manière simple le champ d'application. A cet effet, le système optique présente une optique grossissante comprenant un groupe de lentilles qui sont respectivement déplacées séparément de façon motorisée dans des positions permettant de réguler la distance de travail et/ou la résolution et/ou le domaine de mesure.
