(FR) PROCEDE DE FABRICATION D'UN ELEMENT DE STRUCTURE AYANT UNE PAROI METALLIQUE DE FORME GENERALE TUBULAIRE ET ELEMENT DE STRUCTURE
Abstract
(EN) The invention concerns a method which consists in: cutting out in a metal sheet at least a planar plate (20) comprising a main part having the developed shape of the wall of the structural element and at least a matching overlapping and fixing part (26, 27, 28), folding the cut out plate (20) along a plurality of lines (23) so as to form the wall of the structural element comprising several annular sections non-aligned axially from the folded portions (22, 24,2 4', 25) of the main part of the cut out plate (20) and fixing by welding at least one matching overlapping and fixing part (26, 27, 28) on at least a folded portion (22, 24, 24', 25) and a second overlapping part. During welding, the one at least overlapping part (26, 27, 28) and the folded portion of the wall (22, 24, 24', 25) or the second overlapping part are maintained in elastic support one on the other, in a superimposed arrangement. Preferably, the welding is performed by transparency laser beam. The inventive structural element has numerous applications in a wide variety of industries.
(FR) On découpe dans une feuille en matériau métallique au moins une plaque plane (20) comportant une partie principale ayant la forme développée de la paroi de l'élément de structure et au moins une partie complémentaire (26, 27, 28) de recouvrement et de fixation, on plie la plaque découpée (20) selon une pluralité de lignes (23) de façon à former la paroi de l'élément de structure comportant plusieurs tronçons annulaires non alignés axialement à partir de portions pliées (22, 24, 24', 25) de la partie principale de la plaque découpée (20) et on fixe par soudage au moins une partie complémentaire de recouvrement et de fixation (26, 27, 28) sur l'une au moins d'une portion pliée (22, 23, 24', 25) et d'une seconde partie de recouvrement. Pendant le soudage, l'au moins une partie de recouvrement (26, 27, 28) et la portion pliée de paroi (22, 24, 24', 25) ou la seconde partie de recouvrement sont maintenues en appui élastique l'une sur l'autre, dans une disposition superposée. De préférence, le soudage est réalisé par un faisceau laser, en transparence. L'élément de structure suivant l'invention connaît de nombreuses applications dans des industries très diverses.
