Abstract
(EN) A self-priming pump capable of preventing a swirl flow from developing during the self-priming operation and assuring the smooth flow of a stream during the pumping operation, wherein a swirl flow forming space (15) allowing self-primed water accumulated in a casing (1) to be discharged together with air from a small scroll casing (11) through an auxiliary line (14) to a main line (12) during the self-priming operation to produce a swirl flow in the main line so as to allow a water separation is formed in the main line, and a plate member (16) for eliminating the swirl flow is installed in the main line under the swirl flow forming space extendedly in the extension direction of the main line.
(FR) L'invention concerne une pompe à auto-amorçage pouvant empêcher un flux tourbillonnant de se développer pendant l'auto-amorçage et assurer un écoulement sans à-coups du courant pendant le pompage. Dans la conduite principale est formé un espace (15) de formation de flux tourbillonnant, qui permet à l'eau d'auto-amorçage accumulée dans un carter (1) d'être déchargée avec l'air, à partir d'un petit carter en volute (11) pour aller à une conduite principale (12), en passant par une conduite auxiliaire (14), pendant l'auto-amorçage, pour produire un flux tourbillonnant dans la conduite principale, et ainsi provoquer la séparation de l'eau. Une plaque (16) servant à éliminer le flux tourbillonnant est montée dans la conduite principale, sous l'espace de formation de flux tourbillonnant, et s'étend dans le sens de ladite conduite principale.
