Abstract
(DE) Bei einem Schieberverschluss zum Vergiessen von Metallschmelze sind eine Schieberplatte (24, 54) und ein stationäres Verschlussteil (21, 42, 53) mittels Federorganen (25, 45, 55) oder durch andere Mittel gegeneinander verspannt. Es ist ein an einer Giessform (15) oder dergleichen befestigbarer Gehäuserahmen (32) vorgesehen, in dem ein lösbares Gehäuseteil (35) fixiert ist, an welchem die Federorgane gehalten und in dem das stationäre Verschlussteil (21) sowie die Schieberplatte (24) aufnehmbar sind. Damit ist ein sicherer Betrieb und ein einfaches und schnelles Montieren bzw. Demontieren des Schieberverschlusses ermöglicht
(EN) The invention relates to a sliding closure for casting molten metal. A sliding plate (24, 54) and a stationary closure part (21, 42, 53) are pre-stressed against each other with spring mechanisms (25, 45, 55) or other means. A housing frame (32) which can be fixed to a casting mould (15) or similar and in which a detachable housing part (35) is fixed, is provided. The spring mechanisms are held on said housing part and the stationary closure part (21) and the sliding plate (24) can be accommodated therein. This ensures reliable operation and quick and simple assembly or disassembly of the sliding closure.
(FR) L'invention concerne une fermeture à tiroir pour la coulée de bain de fusion, dans laquelle une plaque de tiroir (24, 54) et une partie fermeture fixe (21, 42, 53) sont tendues l'une contre l'autre au moyen d'organes élastiques (25, 45, 55) ou d'autres dispositifs. Selon l'invention, une partie boîtier (35) est fixé de façon libérable dans un cadre de boîtier (32), qui peut être fixé sur un moule (15) ou sur un élément similaire. Cette partie boîtier, sur laquelle sont maintenus les organes élastiques, reçoit la partie fermeture fixe (21) et la plaque de tiroir (24).
