Abstract
(EN) Protocols for designing and implementing sets of simultaneous experiments, in a parallel, multi-variable process optimization reactor, are disclosed. The multi-variable process optimization reactor is preferably a parallel flow reactor having the operational capability to simultaneously vary reaction conditions between reaction vessels - either modularly or independently. The simultaneously varied reaction conditions preferably include at least two of the following, in various combinations and permutations: space velocity, contact time, temperature, pressure and feed composition. Compositional variations in the catalysts residing in each of the reaction vessels can also be investigated in the set of simultaneous experiments implemented in the parallel reactor. Sufficient data is obtained from a single set of simultaneous experiments to generate a master curve.
(FR) La présente invention concerne des protocoles de conception et de mise en oeuvre de jeux d'expériences simultanées dans un réacteur d'optimisation de processus multicritères parallèles. Ce réacteur d'optimisation de processus multicritères parallèles est de préférence un réacteur à flux parallèles fonctionnellement capable de faire varier simultanément des conditions d'une cuve de réaction à l'autre, soit par modules, soit indépendamment les unes des autres. Pour faire varier les conditions de réaction simultanément, on peut agir selon différentes configurations d'association et de permutation sur les paramètres que sont la vitesse volumique, les temps de contact, la température, la pression, et la composition du produit de départ. Les variations de composition des catalyseurs des différentes cuves de réaction peuvent également faire l'objet de recherche dans le jeu d'expériences simultanées mis en oeuvre dans le réacteur en parallèle. Un même jeu d'expériences simultanées donne suffisamment de données pour l'établissement d'une courbe de référence.
