Abstract
(EN) The invention concerns a play measuring sensor by multiple depth abrasion comprising a probe (7) capable of being mounted on a housing (5) enclosing a gas turbine engine blade rim (2), made of a material capable of being abraded by the tops (3) of the blades (2). The probe (7) comprises a printed circuit having a plurality of U-shaped electric systems whereof the bases (22a to 22e) are arranged in the end of the probe (7) facing the blades (2) and located at different depths (3a to 3e) relative to a reference level defining the inner wall (4) of the housing (5). The sensor is connected to means identifying the intact circuits and the electric circuits cut by abrasion.
(FR) Ce capteur de mesure de jeux par abrasion multiprofondeur comporte une sonde (7) susceptible d'être montée sur le carter (5) entourant une couronne d'aubes (2) d'une turbomachine, réalisée en un matériau susceptible d'être abrasé par les sommets (3) des aubes (2). La sonde (7) comporte un circuit imprimé ayant une pluralité de circuits électriques en U dont les bases (22a à 22e) sont disposées dans l'extrémité de la sonde (7) face aux aubes (2) et situées à des profondeurs différentes (3a à 3e) par rapport à un niveau de référence définissant la paroi intérieure (4) du carter (5). Le capteur est relié à des moyens pour reconnaître les circuits intacts et les circuits électriques coupés par abrasion.
