Title (EN) PHARMACEUTICAL COMBINATION OF AN ANTI-ANDROGEN AND LETROZOLE FOR PROVIDING AN ANIT-ANDROGENIC EFFECT AND AROMATASE INHIBITION
(FR) COMBINAISON PHARMACEUTIQUE D'ANTI-ANDROGENE ET DE LETROZOLE A EFFET ANTI-ANDROGENIQUE AVEC INHIBITION D'AROMATASE
Abstract: front page image
(EN) The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical product, daily or dose regimen comprising an anti-androgen and letrozole, wherein the anti-androgen is selected from flutamide, nilutamide, chlormadinone acetate and cyproterone or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or solvate thereof. The invention also relates to a method of providing an anti-androgenic effect ad aromatase inhibition in a patient, wherein the aromatase inhibition is provided substantially without causing an additional increase in the levels of circulating androgens.
