Abstract
(EN) A cellular communications network (200, FIG. 2) includes one or more aircraft (210), which provide communication channels to cellular communications units, and also communicate with one or more base transceiver stations (206) and a control center (214). The control center receives (502, 602) telemetry and flight parameter information from the aircraft, and calculates (510, 606) network parameters based on the information. The control center transmits (512, 608) messages to the cellular network, including the aircraft, based on the calculated network parameters, and the aircraft and cellular network controls (612) its operations according to information within these messages.
(FR) L'invention concerne un réseau de communication cellulaire (200, Fig. 2) comprenant un ou plusieurs aéronefs (210) fournissant des voies de communication à des unités de communication cellulaires et communiquant avec une ou plusieurs stations de base d'émission-réception (206) ainsi qu'un centre de contrôle (214). Le centre de contrôle reçoit (502, 602) des informations de télémesure et de paramètres de vol en provenance d'un aéronef, puis calcule (510, 606) les paramètres de réseau sur la base de ces informations. Le centre de contrôle transmet (512, 608) des messages vers le réseau cellulaire, y compris vers l'aéronef, en fonction des paramètres de réseau calculés, l'aéronef et le réseau cellulaire exécutant (612) alors des opérations données selon les informations contenues dans ces messages.
