Abstract
(EN) An optical switch includes a plurality of transmitting devices with a plurality of optical fibers that each have a distal end. A plurality of focusing devices are included. Each distal end of a fiber is coupled to at least one focusing device. A plurality of receiving devices are provided. At least a portion of the distal ends of the optical fibers move in three orthogonal and at least two angular dimensions to direct output beams from the plurality of transmitting devices to the plurality of receiving devices.
(FR) L'invention concerne un commutateur optique comportant : une pluralité de dispositifs d'émission comprenant une pluralité de fibres optiques qui présentent chacune une extrémité distale ; une pluralité de dispositifs de focalisation, chaque extrémité distale d'une fibre étant couplée à au moins une dispositif de focalisation ; et une pluralité de dispositifs de réception. Au moins une partie des extrémités distales des fibres optiques se déplacent le long de trois dimensions orthogonales et d'au moins deux dimensions angulaires afin de diriger sur la pluralité de dispositifs de réception les faisceaux de sortie provenant de la pluralité de dispositifs d'émission.
