(EN)The present invention relates to a method of detecting argyrophilic protein of nucleolus organizer regions (Ag-NORs) in the T lymphocytes, which involves five steps, i.e. cell cultivation, cell separation, section preparation, stain and detection. It requires less blood, and is easy to manipulate and becomes widespread with simple process.
(FR)L'invention concerne un procédé de détection de protéines argyrophiles présentant une région organisatrice des nucléoles (Ag-NOR) des lymphocytes T consistant à cultiver les lymphocytes, à les séparer, les mettre en tablettes, à les colorer et à les détecter.
