(EN)The invention relates to a binary vector which is characterised by a combination of very different elements. The inventive binary vector has a particularly high cloning compatibility and contains an extra sequence in addition to the T-DNA that is flanked by right and left borders, this additional sequence enabling a highly efficient, correct transfer of the T-DNA.
