(EN)A mold for manufacturing optical ferrule sleeves, including a first mold member (200) having a raw material injection hole (212), a second mold member (300) having a plurality of pin insertion holes (312) communicating with the injection hole, and ejection pin devices (500) each received in an associated one of the pin insertion holes while defining a molding space to be filled with a raw material injected into the associated pin insertion hole (312), thereby molding an optical ferrule sleeve. Each ejection pin device (500) includes a support member (510) fixedly mounted to the second mold member while being partially received in the associated pin insertion hole, an ejection member (520) fitted around the support member, while longitudinally sliding along the support member, and an elastic member (530) fitted around the support member to apply an elastic resilience to the ejection member to forwardly urge the ejection member.
(FR)L'invention concerne un moule de fabrication de gaines pour ferrules de fibres optiques comprenant un premier élément de moulage (200) percé d'un orifice d'injection (212) de matériau brut, un second élément de moulage (300) percé d'une pluralité d'orifices d'insertion (312) de broches communiquant avec l'orifice d'injection, et des dispositifs (500) du type éjecteurs venant chacun se loger dans un orifice associé parmi les orifices d'insertion de broches, définissant ainsi un espace de moulage destiné à être rempli du matériau brut injecté dans l'orifice d'insertion (312) de broches associé, ce qui permet de mouler une gaine de ferrule optique. Chaque dispositif éjecteur (500) comprend un élément de support (510) monté de façon fixe sur le second élément de moulage, partiellement logé dans l'orifice d'insertion de broches associé, un élément (520) d'éjection entourant l'élément de support et coulissant longitudinalement le long de celui-ci, et un élément élastique (530) entourant l'élément de support de manière à appliquer une élasticité sur l'élément d'éjection destinée à le pousser en avant.
