(EN)The invention concerns a human Von Hippel Lindau tumour suppressor gene 14 and polynucleotide encoding it. The invention also concerns the process of producing the polypeptide by recombinant DNA technique. The methods for treating many diseases e.g. malignant tumour, hemopathy, disorder of development, infection of HIV, immunological diseases and a variety of inflammation etc. utilizing the polypeptide are disclosed. The invention discloses the antagonist against the polypeptide and therapeutics thereof. The invention also discloses the uses of the polynucleotide, which encodes a human Von Hippel Lindau tumour suppressor gene 14.

L'invention concerne en outre les applications de ce polypeptide dans le traitement de maladies, notamment des tumeurs malignes, de l'hémopathie, des troubles du développement, de l'infection par VIH, de maladies immunitaires et de diverses inflammations.
