(EN)A method for constructing hot plates characterised by comprising the following steps: forming a cast iron plate (2) comprising on its lower surface two annular ribs (4, 6) defining a corresponding annular channel (8); preparing a bed (12) of dielectric material in powder form, the shape and dimensions of which correspond to those of the annular channel; mounting a resistance element (14) on said bed; covering said resistance element with a second powder bed (16); firing the powder beds to obtain a hardened body; inserting said body into the annular channel (8) and locking it therein.
(FR)L'invention concerne un procédé pour réaliser des plaques chauffantes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend les opérations suivantes : fabriquer une plaque en fonte (2) dont la surface inférieure est dotée de deux nervures annulaires (4, 6) définissant un canal annulaire (8); préparer un lit (12) de matériau diélectrique pulvérulent, dont la forme et les dimensions correspondent à celles du canal annulaire; monter un élément de résistance (14) sur ledit lit; couvrir cet élément de résistance d'un second lit pulvérulent (16); chauffer les lits pulvérulents pour obtenir un corps durci; insérer ce corps dans le canal annulaire (8) et le bloquer dans celui-ci.
