Abstract:
(EN) A device for monitoring temperature generated by an ablation apparatus on organic tissue is provided. The device comprises a temperature sensing pad; and an output device to receive and display a representation of a lesion found on the ablated organic tissue. Ablation systems incorporating the device and methods of using the device are also provided.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif permettant de surveiller la température générée par un appareil d'ablation au niveau de tissus organiques. Ledit dispositif comprend une pastille de détection de la température ; et un dispositif de sortie destiné à recevoir et à afficher la représentation d'une lésion découverte sur les tissus organiques ayant fait l'objet de l'ablation. L'invention concerne également des systèmes d'ablation comprenant ledit dispositif, ainsi que ses procédés d'utilisation.
