(EN)A galvannealed sheet steel which has an oxide layer having a thickness of 10 nm or more formed on convex portions of the surface of its plating layer having been flatted by temper rolling. The galvannealed sheet steel is free from the occurrence of powdering during press forming and also exhibits a slidability being excellent with stability. The restriction of the area percentage of the convex portions of the surface of the plating layer having been flatted to 20 to 80 % and the preparation of a plating layer having $g(d) 1 phase alone or having $g(d) 1 phase mainly and, incorporated therein, $g(z) phase lead to imparting more excellent slidability and resistance to poedering to the sheet steel.
(FR)L'invention concerne une tôle d'acier recuit après galvanisation comportant, sur les parties convexes de la surface de sa couche de galvanisation préalablement aplatie par écrouissage à froid, une couche d'oxyde d'une épaisseur supérieure ou égale à 10nm. Ladite tôle d'acier recuit après galvanisation, qui ne risque par de fariner pendant le formage sous pression, présente, en outre, un coefficient de glissement excellemment stable. Le fait de réduire la proportion surfacique des parties convexes aplaties de la surface de la couche de galvanisation de 20 à 80 % et de préparer une couche de galvanisation ne comportant qu'une phase $g(d) 1 ou comportant principalement une phase $g(d) 1, et à l'intérieur de celle-ci, une phase confère à ladite tôle d'acier un bien meilleur coefficient de glissement et une bien meilleure résistance au farinage.
