Abstract:
(EN) An inband signaling modem communicates digital data over a voice channel of awireless telecommunications network. An input receives digital data. An encoder converts thedigital data into audio tones that synthesize frequency characteristics of human speech.Thedigital data is also encoded to prevent voice encoding circuitry in the telecommunicationsnetwork from corrupting the synthesized audio tones representing the digital data. An outputthen outputs the synthesized audio tones to a voice channel of a digital wirelesstelecommunications network.
(FR) Un modem de signalisation intrabande communique des données numériques sur un canal audio d'un réseau de télécommunication sans fil. Une entrée reçoit des données numériques. Un codeur convertit les données numériques en signaux sonores qui synthétisent les caractéristiques de fréquence de la parole humaine. Les données numériques sont également codées, de manière que les circuits de codage de la parole du réseau de télécommunication ne puissent altérer les signaux audio synthétisés représentant les données numériques. Une sortie envoie ensuite en sortie les signaux audio synthétisés à un canal audio d'un réseau de télécommunications numérique sans fil.
