Novel compounds of the general formula (I) acting as ligands for the binding sites of sigma receptors; and drugs containing the compounds as the active ingredient, wherein X is alkyl, aryl, a heterocyclic group, or the like; Q is -CH2-, -CO-, -O-, -CH(OR7)- (wherein R7 is hydrogen, alkyl, or the like), or the like; n is an integer of 0 to 5; R1 and R2 are each hydrogen, alkyl, or the like; and B is a group represented by the general formula (II) or (III) (wherein R3, R4, R5 and R6 are each hydrogen, halogeno, alkoxy, or the like; m is 1 or 2; and the ring (IV) is an aromatic heterocycle).

L'invention concerne de nouveaux composés, représentés par la formule générale (I), qui servent de ligands pour les sites de liaison des récepteurs sigma ; ainsi que des médicaments renfermant lesdits composés comme principe actif. Dans ladite formule (I), X représente alkyle, aryle, un groupe hétérocyclique ou analogue; Q désigne CH2-, -CO-, -O-, -CH(OR7)- (où R7 représente hydrogène, alkyle ou analogue), ou analogue; n désigne un entier compris entre 0 et 5; R1 et R2 représentent chacun hydrogène, alkyle ou analogue; et B désigne un groupe représenté par la formule générale (II) ou (III): (où R3, R4, R5 et R6 représentent chacun hydrogène, halogéno, alcoxy ou analogue ; m désigne 1 ou 2; et le cycle (IV) est un hétérocycle aromatique).
