Beim Verfahren zur Herstellung eines teilchenförmigen Gutes (58) aus einem mindestens teilweise flüssigen, ein Lösungs- und/oder Dispersionsmittel enthaltenden Material (35) wird dieses Material (35) in einem Prozessraum (21) in Tröpfchen zersprüht, die durch Kontakt mit einem Gefrierfluid zu Teilchen (131) gefroren werden. Die Teilchen (131) werden dann in dem oder in einem anderen, oben ein Filter (18) aufweisenden Prozessraum (22) durch Gefriertrocknen getrocknet. Zum Gefriertrocknen wird derart gekühltes Prozessgas von unten nach oben durch den Prozessraum (22) und durch das Filter (18) geleitet, dass mindestens ein wesentlicher Teil der Teilchen (131) mindestens während eines wesentlichen Teils der im Prozessraum (22) erfolgenden Gefriertrocknung am Filter (18) anliegt. Dies ermöglicht, eine Charge von Teilchen (131) in kurzer Zeit zu trocknen.

The invention relates to a method for producing particulate goods (58) from an at least partially liquid material (35) that contains a solvent and/or a dispersing agent. According to the inventive method, said material (35) is atomized in a process chamber (21) to droplets that are frozen to particles (131) by contacting them with a freezing fluid. The particles (131) are then dried by lyophilization in the very process chamber (22) or in another process chamber, being provided with a filter (18) in the upper zone thereof. For the purpose of lyophilization cooled process gas is led through the process chamber (2) and the filter (18) from the bottom to the top in such a manner that at least a substantial part of the particles (131) is contacted with the filter (18) at least during a substantial interval of the lyophilization proceeding in the process chamber (22). The inventive method allows drying a batch of particles (131) quickly.

L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'un produit (58) sous forme de particules, à partir d'un matériau (35) au moins partiellement liquide, contenant un solvant et/ou un agent de dispersion. Selon ledit procédé, ce matériau (35) est pulvérisé en gouttelettes dans une chambre de traitement (21), lesquelles se transforment en particules (131) en gelant au contact avec un fluide de congélation. Les particules (131) sont ensuite lyophilisées dans la chambre de traitement ou dans une autre chambre de traitement (22) dont la partie supérieure comporte un filtre (18). Pour la lyophilisation, un gaz de traitement réfrigéré est guidé de bas en haut, à travers la chambre de traitement (22) et à travers le filtre (18), de telle sorte qu'au moins la majeure partie des particules (131) repose sur le filtre (18) au moins pendant la majeure partie de la lyophilisation se produisant dans la chambre de traitement (22). Cela permet de sécher une charge de particules (131) en peu de temps.
