Abstract
(EN) The calender contains two permanently or provisionally separate stacks (A, B) of three rolls. In each stack there is an upper roll (1; 4) and a lower roll (3; 6) upper roll (4), and a centre roll (2; 5) in nip contact with the upper roll and the lower roll. Said upper and lower rolls are mounted in a fixed position on the frame (R) of the calender in such a manner that their shells can be moved in the direction of the stack of rolls with respect to the supports (9) of the rolls. The rolls can in this way be detached from the nip contact with the centre roll. The upper and the lower roll (1, 3, 4, 6) in both stacks of rolls are soft-faced rolls and the centre rolls (2, 5) are hard thermo rolls.
(FR) La calandre contient deux piles (A, B) de trois rouleaux séparées de façon permanente ou temporaire. Dans chaque pile se trouve un rouleau supérieur (1; 4) et un rouleau inférieur (3; 6), ainsi qu'un rouleau central (2; 5) en contact de pincement avec le rouleau supérieur et le rouleau inférieur. Lesdits rouleaux supérieurs et inférieurs sont montés dans une position fixe sur le bâti (R) de la calandre d'une telle manière que leurs coques puissent être déplacées dans le sens de la pile de rouleaux par rapport aux supports (9) des rouleaux. Les rouleaux peuvent ainsi être séparés du contact de pincement d'avec le rouleau central. Le rouleau supérieur et le rouleau inférieur (1, 3, 4, 6) dans les deux piles de rouleaux sont des rouleaux à face tendre et les rouleaux centraux (2, 5) sont des thermorouleaux durs.
