Abstract
(EN) The invention aims at synthesizing novel vitamin D derivatives having substituents at the 2$g(a)-position. Vitamin D derivatives of the general formula (1) are provided wherein R1 and R2 are each straight-chain or branched lower alkyl which may be hydroxylated.
(FR) L'invention concerne la synthèse de nouveaux dérivés de vitamine D comportant des substituants en position 2$g(a). Elle concerne notamment des dérivés de vitamine D de formule générale (1), dans laquelle R1 et R2 représentent chacun un alkyle inférieur ramifié ou à chaîne droite pouvant être hydroxylé.
