Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Verbundstruktur, bei der ein Metallschaum-Kern (1) mit einem Metallkörper (3) umgeben ist, mit folgenden Schritten: a) Herstellen eines Metallschaum-Kerns (1) mit einer im wesentlichen geschlossenen Oberfläche, b) Einsetzen des Metallschaum-Kerns (1) in eine Druckgiessform, c) Füllen der Druckgiessform mit einem ersten Giessdruck (p1), d) Absenken des ersten Giessdrucks (p1), bevor die Druckgiessform gefüllt ist, e) vollständiges Füllen der Druckgiessform, wobei der erste Giessdruck (p1) auf Null oder nahezu Null abgesenkt wird, und f) Aufbringen eines zweiten Giessdrucks (p2) und Halten desselben für eine vorgegebene Haltezeit.

The invention relates to a method for producing a composite structure in which a foamed metal core (1) is surrounded with a metal body (3). Said method comprises the following steps: a) producing a foamed metal core (1) with an essentially closed surface; b) introducing the foamed metal core (1) into a pressure diecasting mould; c) filling said pressure diecasting mould at a first casting pressure (p1); d) reducing said first casting pressure (p1) before the pressure diecasting mould has been filled; e) filling the pressure diecasting mould entirely, the first casting pressure (p1) being reduced to zero or almost zero; and f) applying a second casting pressure (p2) and maintaining this for a predetermined holding period.

L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'une structure composite, selon lequel on entoure un noyau en mousse métallique (1) d'un corps métallique (3). Ce procédé consiste: a) à produire un noyau en mousse métallique (1) ayant une surface sensiblement fermée, b) à introduire le noyau en mousse métallique (1) dans un moule de coulée sous pression, c) à remplir ce moule à une première pression de coulée (p1), d) à abaisser cette première pression de coulée (p1) avant que le moule de coulée sous pression ne soit rempli, e) à remplir complètement le moule, la première pression de coulée (p1) étant ramenée à zéro ou quasiment zéro, et f) à appliquer une deuxième pression de coulée (p2) et à la maintenir pendant un temps prédéterminé.
