Abstract
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft eine Energieführungskette zur Führung von Schläuchen, Kabeln oder Leitungen mit Kettengliedern (2) aus jeweils zwei Kettenlaschen (3) und mit zumindest einem die Kettenlaschen verbindenden Quersteg (8), wobei Kettenlaschen (3) von benachbarten Kettengliedern (2) Gelenkbereiche aus miteinander korrespondierenden Gelenkzapfen (4) und Ausnehmungen (5) zur Aufnahme der Gelenkzapfen aufweisen, mittels derer die Kettenglieder (2) gelenkig miteinander verbunden sind, und wobei die Kettenlaschen (3) benachbarter Kettenglieder (2) unter Ausbildung von Strängen (6, 7) von Kettenlaschen miteinander überlappende Überlappungsbereiche (21, 22) aufweisen, und wobei zumindest eine Kettenlasche (3) mit einem materialgeschwächten Bereich (15, 20) versehen ist, der eine Längenveränderung des Kettenstranges (7) über das im Gelenkbereich (4, 5) in allen Richtungen der Kettenlasche (3) auftretende Spiel hinaus ermöglicht. Um einen verbesserten Geradeauslauf der Kette zu ermöglichen, ist der materialgeschwächte Bereich (15, 20) als elastisch deformierbarer Bereich der Kettenlasche (3) ausgebildet. Der elastische Bereich kann als Querschnittseinschnürung der Lasche (3) ausgeführt sein, der sich über die gesamte Höhe derselben erstreckt.
(EN) The invention relates to an energy guiding chain for guiding flexible tubes, cables or lines, comprising chain links (2) which consist of two link plates (3); and at least one cross link (8) connecting the two link plates. The link plates (3) of adjacent chain links (2) have joint areas consisting of matching pivot pins (4) and recesses (5) for receiving said pivot pins; by which means the chain links (2) are interconnected in an articulated manner. The link plates (3) of adjacent chain links (2) also have areas (21, 22) which overlap each other and form trains (6, 7) of link plates. At least one link plate (3) is provided with an area of lower material strength (15, 20) which enables the length of the train (7) to be modified beyond the play that is present in the joint area (4, 5) in every direction of the link plate (3). This area of lower material strength (15, 20) is configured as an elastically deformable area of the chain link (3), in order to make it possible to improve the directional stability of the chain. The elastic area may be a constriction of the cross-section of the plate (3) extending over the entire height of the same.
(FR) L'invention concerne une chaîne de guidage d'énergie destinée à guider des flexibles, des câbles ou des conducteurs comprenant des maillons (2) respectivement composés de deux flasques (3) et d'au moins un axe (8) reliant les flasques. Les flasques (3) de maillons adjacents (2) présentent des zones d'articulation composées de tourillons d'articulation (4) et d'évidements (5) destinés à recevoir les tourillons d'articulation correspondants. Ces zones d'articulation permettent de relier les maillons (2) de façon articulée. Les flasques (3) de maillons adjacents (2) présentent des zones de chevauchement (21, 22) qui se chevauchent en formant des brins (6, 7) de flasques. Au moins un flasque (3) est doté d'une zone de matériau affaibli (15, 20) qui permet de modifier la longueur du brin de chaîne (7) au-delà du jeu survenant dans toutes les directions des flasques (3) dans la zone d'articulation (4, 5). Pour améliorer la stabilité directionnelle de la chaîne, la zone de matériau affaibli (15, 20) est conçue sous forme de zone élastiquement déformable du flasque (3). La zone élastique, pouvant être réalisée sous forme de rétrécissement de la section transversale de flasque (3), s'étend sur toute la hauteur de ce dernier.
