Abstract
(EN) The invention relates to the production of materials intended to be used in an oxidizing medium at high temperatures in order to manufacture high temperature electrical heaters, parts, transducers and instruments working at the temperatures equal to or higher than 1900 °C. The inventive heat resistant material is based on silicide-solid solution (Mo,W)5Si3 and (Mo,W)Si2 and on Novotny phase (Mo,W)5Si3C which also comprises molybdenum and wolfram. Said material can be used for manufacturing parts made completely thereof and also for producing protective coatings and soldered joints for a large range of other heat resistant materials like 'REFSIC' composites, carbon materials, silicon-carbide materials, refractory metals and alloys thereof. Multiple possibilities for changing properties by controlling phase composition, and a large variety of structural peculiarities of unilayer and multilayer protective coatings makes it possible to manage heat resistance and rapid temperature-change resistance, combined thermal deformation of the coating itself and parts manufactured with the aid of soldering other heat resistant materials with the use of the inventive material. The inventive electric heaters can comprise working parts and current leads made of said material, provided with soldered joints and protective coatings also made of the inventive material in various combinations of materials and constructions.
(FR) L'invention relève du domaine de la fabrication des matériaux destinés à être utilisés dans un milieu d'oxydants à des températures élevées, notamment pour la fabrication de réchauffeurs électriques haute température, de pièces, capteurs et instruments fonctionnant à des températures de 1900 °C et plus. L'invention propose un matériau résistant à la chaleur sur la base de siliciures / de solutions solides de (Mo,W)5Si3 et (Mo,W)Si2 et contenant également du molybdène et du tungstène résistant à la chaleur de la phase de Nowotny (Mo,W)5Si3C. Ce matériau permet de fabriquer des pièces entières ou de créer des revêtements de protection et des raccords soudés destinés à une large gamme d'autres matériaux résistant au températures élevées: matériaux composites 'REFSIC', matériaux à base de carbone et de carbure de silicium, métaux réfractaires et leurs alliages. Les possibilités considérables de modifier les propriétés par la régulation de la composition des phases et une grande diversité des propriétés structurelles des revêtements de protection à couche unique ou à couches multiples permettent de réguler la résistance à la chaleur et celle aux chocs thermiques ainsi que les déformations thermiques conjointes du revêtement proprement dit et des pièces obtenues par le soudage d'autres matériaux résistant à températures élevée au moyen du matériau résistant à la chaleur de l'invention. Les réchauffeurs électriques de l'invention peuvent comporter des éléments de travail et des conducteurs de courant faits à partir des matériaux résistant aux températures élevées mentionnés plus haut et comportant des raccords soudés et des revêtements de protection faits à partir du matériau de l'invention, et ce dans différentes combinaisons de matériaux et de structures des réchauffeurs.
