A unit of a motor type flow control valve, comprising a motor installed in an external resin, a mechanism converting the rotation of the motor to the linear motion of an actuator rod, bearings supporting the motor rotor, and a bearing guide, wherein the unit is installed at one end of a valve body and the rod is connected to a valve stem (4), a bearing guide (good heat conducting member) is brought into contact with the stator parts of the motor and also into contact directly with the inner periphery of the valve body or indirectly with it through the good heat conducting member, the valve disk is formed separately from the valve stem and fixed by welding after positionally adjusted by loose fitting, whereby the relative initial position of the actuator rod to the valve disk of the motor type flow control valve can be determined easily and, in addition, the radiation capability of the motor can be increased to increase the performance of the flow control valve, and the device can be reduced in size and the assemblage of the device can be facilitated.

L'invention concerne une unité de soupape de limitation de débit, du type à moteur, comprenant un moteur monté dans une résine extérieure, un mécanisme de conversion de la rotation du moteur en un mouvement linéaire d'une tige d'actionneur, des paliers de support du rotor du moteur, ainsi qu'un guide de paliers. L'unité est montée au niveau d'une extrémité du corps de la soupape et la tige est reliée à une tige de soupape (4), le guide de paliers (élément bon conducteur de chaleur) étant mis en contact avec les éléments du stator du moteur et également en contact directement avec la périphérie intérieure du corps de la soupape ou indirectement avec cette périphérie, par l'intermédiaire de l'élément bon conducteur de chaleur. Le disque de la soupape est formé séparément de la tige de la soupape et fixé par soudage après réglage de position par ajustement lâche, ce qui permet une détermination facile de la position initiale relative de la tige de l'actionneur par rapport au disque de la soupape. En outre, la capacité de rayonnement du moteur peut être augmentée pour accroître les performances de la soupape de limitation de débit et le dispositif peut être réduit en dimensions, l'assemblage du dispositif étant ainsi facilité.
