Abstract
(EN) A DNA encoding a novel protein SMAP-1, which has a signal sequence, is successfully isolated by screening a cDNA library originating in human fetal hepatocytes with the use of an originally developed TMT method. The expression characteristics and structural characteristics of SMAP-1 suggest that it is a molecule having an important role in vivo.
(FR) L'ADN codant pour une nouvelle protéine SMPA-1, qui comporte une séquence signal, a pu être isolé par criblage d'une banque d'ADNc issu d'hépatocytes de foetus humain, à l'aide d'un procédé TMT mis au point initialement. Les caractéristiques d'expression et les caractéristiques structurales de SMAP-1 suggèrent que cette molécule joue un rôle important in vivo.
