Abstract
(EN) A system and method for locating the subscriber of a telephony product in which in response to an inbound telephone call (402), telephone call manager module (114) determines whether there is a valid best guess location (404) that should be used to locate the call receiving subscriber. If a valid best guess location (404) does exist, telephone call manager module (114) will direct the call to best guess location (406). If a valid best guess location (404) does not exist or the first telephone connection (408) is not successful, telephone number selection protocol (420) will sequentially select one of available subscriber telephone number (312) based on highest frequency of subscriber's presence corresponding to such number.
(FR) L'invention concerne un système et un procédé permettant de localiser un abonné d'un produit téléphonique en réponse à un appel téléphonique (402) entrant, le module de gestion (114) d'appels téléphoniques déterminant s'il existe une localisation valide (404) la plus probable à utiliser pour localiser l'abonné recevant l'appel. S'il n'existe pas de localisation valide (404) la plus probable, le module de gestion (114) d'appels téléphoniques dirige l'appel vers une localisation (406) la plus probable.
