Abstract
(EN) In the embodiment disclosed in the specification, an electophotographic exposure and development arrangement (10) has a flexible transparent photoreceptor belt (14) driven between two support rollers (18, 20) and along four printing stations (22, 24, 26, 28) at each of which the photosensitive surface of the photoreceptor is charged, exposed to a light image corresponding to a selected color, and developed with toner of the corresponding color to produce a composite multicolor image which is transferred to a substrate (32) and subsequently fixed on the substrate. At each printing station (22, 24, 26, 28) an exposure unit (22b, 24b, 26b, 28b) has a curved belt support surface (74) which is engaged by the photoreceptor belt (14) passing through the printing station (22, 24, 26, 28) between the exposure location (22b, 24b, 26b, 28b) and a development location (22c, 24c, 26c, 28c) with a curvature and length selected to minimize the effect of ripples or irregularities (72) in the position of the photosensitive surface of the photoreceptor belt (14) resulting from a set taken by the photoreceptor belt when held stationery against a supporting number.
(FR) Dans ce mode de réalisation décrit dans les spécifications, un agencement (10) électrophotographique d'exposition et de développement possède une ceinture (14) photoréceptrice transparente et souple, entraînée entre deux galets de support (18, 20) le long de quatre stations d'impression (22, 24, 26, 28). Au niveau de chacune d'entre elles la surface photosensible du photorécepteur est chargée, exposée à une image lumineuse correspondant à une couleur sélectionnée, et développée avec de la poudre de toner de la couleur correspondante, de façon à produire une image multicolore composite qui est transférées sur un substrat (32) et fixée ensuite sur ce substrat. Au niveau de chaque station d'impression (22, 24, 26, 28) une unité d'exposition (22b, 24b, 26b, 28b) possède une surface de support de ceinture incurvée (74), avec laquelle la ceinture (14) photoréceptrice passant à travers la station d'impression(22, 24, 26, 28) est en contact entre l'emplacement d'exposition (22b, 24b, 26b, 28b) et l'emplacement de développement(22c, 24c, 26c, 28c), avec une courbure et une longueur sélectionnée de façon à minimiser les fondus ondulés ou les irrégularités (72) dans la position de la surface photosensible de la ceinture photoréceptrice (14), résultant d'une position prise par cette ceinture photoréceptrice lorsqu'elle était tenue fixement contre un support.
