Abstract
(DE) Bei einem Kraftstoffeinspritzventil mit einem Ventilkörper (10), einem darin ausgebildeten Steuerdruckraum (16), der an einer Seite von einem Betätigungsteil (14) für eine Düsennadel (12) verschlossen ist, die von dem Betätigungsteil gesteuert zwischen einer Schließstellung und einer Öffnungsstellung verschiebbar ist, einem Zulauf (18) zum Steuerdruckraum und mit einem Ablauf (20) aus dem Steuerdruckraum der von einem Steuerventil (24) gesteuert wird, soll ein Teilöffnungshub der Düsennadel ermöglicht werden, bei dem, die eingespritzte Kraftstoffmenge mit hoher Präzision dosiert wird. Zu diesem Zweck ist ein verschiebbarer Drosselkolben (32) vorgesehen, der in einer ersten Stellung einen Teilöffnungshub der Düsennadel aus der Schließstellung entgegen einem geringen Widerstand ermöglicht und in einer zweiten Stellung einen sich an den Teilöffnungshub anschließenden restlichen Öffnungshub der Düsennadel (12) in die Öffnungsstellung nur entgegen einem höheren Widerstand ermöglicht.
(EN) The invention concerns a fuel injection valve, comprising a valve body (10), a control pressure chamber (16) formed therein that is closed on one side by an actuating element (14) for a valve needle (12), said needle being controlled by the actuating element and movable between a closed position and an open position, an inlet (18) to the control pressure chamber and an outlet (20) from the control pressure chamber, which is controlled by a control valve (24). The invention aims at enabling a partial opening stroke of the valve needle, wherein the amount of injected fuel is dosed in a highly precise manner. To this end, a movable throttle piston is provided that, in a first position, enables a partial opening stroke of the valve needle from the closed position against little resistance and which, in a second position, enables a residual opening stroke of the valve needle (12) into the opening position following the partial opening stroke but only against greater resistance.
(FR) L'invention concerne une soupape d'injection de carburant qui comprend un corps de soupape (10), une chambre de pression de commande (16) réalisée à l'intérieur de ce corps de soupape et fermée sur un côté par un élément d'actionnement (14) pour une aiguille d'injecteur (12) déplaçable sur commande de l'élément d'actionnement entre une position de fermeture et une position d'ouverture, une arrivée (18) à la chambre de pression de commande, ainsi qu'une évacuation (20) de la chambre de pression de commande commandée par une soupape de distribution (24).
