Abstract
(DE) Kontinuierliches Verfahren zur Herstellung von Polyoxymethylenhomo- oder copolymerisaten durch Massepolymerisation der Monomeren in Gegenwart kationisch wirkender Initiatoren sowie gegebenenfalls in Gegenwart von Reglern, wobei während der Polymerisation sowohl die Monomeren als auch das Polymerisat in geschmolzener Form vorliegt und man anschliessend das Polymerisat gegebenenfalls deaktiviert, die Schmelze austrägt, kühlt und granuliert, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man das Polymerisat unter erhöhtem Druck und in Anwesenheit einer Flüssigkeit austrägt, kühlt und granuliert.
(EN) The invention relates to a continuous method for production of polyoxymethylene homo- or co-polymer by mass polymerisation of the monomers in the presence of cationic-effect initiators and, optionally, in the presence of regulators. During the polymerisation, both monomers and polymer are in the molten form, the polymer is then deactivated, the melt withdrawn, cooled and granulated. The invention is characterised in that the polymer is withdrawn, cooled and granulated under elevated pressure and in the presence of a liquid.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de production continue d'homopolymères ou de copolymères de polyoxyméthylène, par polymérisation en masse des monomères, en présence d'initiateurs à action cationique et éventuellement en présence de régulateurs. Lors de la polymérisation, les monomères et le polymère se présentent sous forme fondue, puis le polymère est éventuellement désactivé, la masse fondue est retirée, refroidie et granulée. Ce procédé est caractérisé en ce que le polymère est retiré, refroidi et granulé, à pression élevée et en présence d'un liquide.
