Abstract
(DE) Steuervorrichtung zum Punktschweißen mit einer Schweißzange (Z), deren Schweißelektroden (E1, E2) mit einem Schweißstromgenerator (IS) verbunden sind, und die durch einen elektromotorischen Antrieb (M) mit einem Drehgeber (RES), mit dessen Signalen von einer Steuervorrichtung (MP) die Schweißzange (Z) gesteuert ist, und wobei diese geschlossenen Zustand Schweißobjekte (B1, B2) durch einen vorgegebenen Motorstrom (MAI) zusammengepreßt hält, wobei der Schweißstromgenerator (IS) aktiviert ist, wobei die Steuervorrichtung (MP) Überwachungsvorrichtungen (const, max) umfaßt, denen die Drehgebersignale (RES) und/oder ein Motorstrom-Meßsignal (I(t)) laufend zugeführt werden, und die, sobald nach einer ZU-Steuerung der Schweißzange (Z) eine Quasikonstanz erkannt ist, ein entsprechender erster Zustand als der geschlossene Zustand gespeichert wird und der Schweißstromgenerator (IS) aktiviert wird, und sobald danach das Überschreiten eines Maximums signalisiert wird, ein weiterer geschlossener Zustand gespeichert und der Schweißstromgenerator (IS) deaktiviert wird und ein Haltezeitgeber (CTT) aktiviert ist, bei dessen Ablauf (end) die Auf- und ZU-Steuerung der Schweißzange wieder freigegeben ist.
(EN) The invention relates to a control device for spot welding with a welding electrode pincer (Z), the welding electrodes (E1, E2) of which are connected to a welding current generator (IS) and an electric motor drive (M), with a rotary transducer (RES), the signal of which is used by a control device (MP) to control the welding electrode pincer (Z). The closed state of said pincer holds the objects for welding (B1, B2) together, by means of a pre-set motor current (MAI), whereupon the welding current generator (IS) is activated. The control device (MP) comprises monitoring devices (const, max), to which the rotary transducer signals (RES) and/or a motor current measured signal (I(t)) are constantly supplied. Once a quasi-constant state is recognised, following a close signal for the welding electrode pincer (Z), a corresponding first state is recorded as the closed state and the welding current generator (IS) activated. Thereafter, as soon as the exceeding of a maximum value is reported, a further closed state is recorded, the welding current generator (IS) deactivated and a holding timer unit (CTT) activated, after the expiration (end) of which the on- and off-control of the welding electrode pincers is activated again.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif de commande pour effectuer un soudage par points, ledit dispositif comprenant une pince porte-électrodes (Z), dont les électrodes de soudage (E1, E2) sont raccordées à un générateur de courant de soudage (IS), ainsi qu'un organe de commande à moteur électrique (M) sur lequel est monté un résolveur (RES) dont les signaux sont utilisés par un dispositif de commande (MP) pour commander la pince porte-électrodes (Z). Cette dernière, à l'état fermé, maintient les objets à souder (B1, B2) plaqués l'un contre l'autre par l'intermédiaire d'un courant de moteur prédéterminé (MAI), le générateur de courant de soudage (IS) étant activé. Ce dispositif de commande (MP) comprend des dispositifs de surveillance (const, max) auxquels sont acheminés en continu les signaux du résolveur (RES) et/ou un signal de mesure de courant de moteur (I(t)). Dès la reconnaissance d'un maintien à une valeur quasi-constante, après une commande de fermeture de la pince porte-électrodes (Z), un premier état correspondant est mémorisé en tant qu'état fermé, et le générateur de courant de soudage (IS) est activé. Dès le dépassement d'une valeur maximale, un autre état fermé est mémorisé et le générateur de courant de soudage (IS) est désactivé, un générateur de temps de maintien (CTT) étant alors activé. A la fin (end) de ce temps de maintien, la commande d'ouverture et de fermeture de la pince porte-électrodes est de nouveau libérée.
