Abstract
(DE) Ein elektrooptisches Sende- und/oder Empfangsmodul weist einen Leadframe (2) und einen darauf montierten optoelektronischen Wandler (3, 4, 9) auf, die von einem Formkörper (8) aus lichtdurchlässigem, formbarem Material umgossen sind. In den Formkörper (8) ist ein Reflektorelement (7) eingebracht, durch welches ein von einem Sender (4) emittiertes oder ein auf einen Empfänger (9) zu richtendes empfangenes Strahlungsbündel um einen vorgegebenen Winkel umgelenkt wird. Das Modul kann in einer elektrooptischen Sende- und/oder Empfangseinheit, die als Sidelooker ausgebildet ist, eingesetzt werden.
(EN) An electro-optical transmitter and/or receiver module comprising a leadframe (2) and an opto-electrical converter (3,4,9) mounted thereon, whereby said elements are surrounded by a moulded body (8) made of a mouldable material which is transparent to light. A reflector element (7) is arranged in the moulded body (8), enabling deflection of a beam of radiation, which is emitted by an emitter (4) or a received beam of radiation which is to be directed towards a receiver (9), at a specific angle. The module can be used in an electro-optical transmitter and/or receiver unit which is embodied as a sidelooker.
(FR) L'invention concerne un module récepteur/émetteur électro-optique comprenant un cadre de montage (2) et un convertisseur (3, 4, 9) opto-électronique monté sur celui-ci, ces éléments étant recouverts d'un corps moulé (8) en matériau moulable transparent. Dans le corps moulé (8) est intégré un élément réflecteur (7) qui renvoie, en le déviant de la valeur d'un angle prédéfini, un faisceau de rayonnement émis par un émetteur (4) ou devant être orienté vers un récepteur (9). Ledit module peut être utilisé dans une unité réceptrice/émettrice électro-optique dotée d'un balayage latéral.
