Abstract
(EN) The invention provides novel polynucleotides and polypeptides encoded by such polynucleotides and mutants or variants thereof that correspond to a novel human secreted metallocarboxypeptidase-like polypeptide. These polynucleotides comprise nucleic acid sequences isolated from cDNA library from small intestine (Hyseq clone identification numbers 11732488 (SEQ ID NO: 1)). Other aspects of the invention include vectors containing processes for producing novel human secreted metallocarboxypeptidase-like polypeptides, and antibodies specific for such polypeptides.
(FR) L'invention concerne de nouveaux polynucléotides, des polypeptides codés par lesdits polynucléotides, et des mutants ou des variants de ceux-ci correspondants à un nouveau polypeptide humain sécrété du type métallocarboxypeptidase. Ces polynucléotides comprennent des séquences d'acides nucléiques isolées d'une bibliothèque d'ADNc à partir de l'intestin grêle (numéros d'identification de clone Hyseq 11732488 (SEQ ID NO: 1)). Selon d'autres modes de réalisation, l'invention concerne des processus contenant des vecteurs qui permettent de produire les nouveaux polypeptides humains sécrétés du type métallocarboxypeptidase, et des anticorps spécifiques de ces polypeptides.
