Eine Wellenleiterplatte aus einem mit einer Wellenleiterschicht bedeckten Glassubstrat (1) weist mit Abstand aufeinanderfolgende Koppelgitterstreifen auf, bei welchen sich der Koppelwinkel linienparallel um höchstens 0,1°/cm, vorzugsweise höchstens 0,05°/cm ändert. Die Abweichung von seinem Mittelwert beträgt über die gesamte Wellenleiterplatte höchstens 0,3°, vorzugsweise höchstens 0,15°. Sie eignet sich als Bestandteil einer Sensorplattform und einer Anordnung von Probenbehältnissen für chemo- und bioanalytische Untersuchungen. Die Erfindung betrifft auch verschiedene Ausführungsformen einer auf der erfindungsgemässen Wellenleiterplatte basierenden Sensorplattform sowie auf dem Einsatz dieser Sensorplattform basierende Verfahren zum Nachweis eines oder mehrerer Analyten und deren Verwendung.

The invention relates to a waveguide plate comprised of a glass substrate (1) covered with a waveguide layer. The waveguide plate is provided with consecutive interspaced coupler grating strips with which the coupling angle varies in a linearly parallel manner by no greater than 0.1°/cm, preferably by no greater than 0.05°/cm. The deviation from its mean value over the entire waveguide plate is no greater than 0.3°, preferably no greater than 0.15°. The waveguide plate is suited as a component of a sensor platform and of an arrangement of sample containers for examinations carried out by chemical or biological analysis. The invention also relates to different embodiments of a sensor platform based on the inventive waveguide plate, to methods based on this sensor platform which are provided for detecting one or more analytes, and to the use thereof.

L'invention concerne une plaque de guide d'ondes comprenant un substrat en verre (1) recouvert d'une couche de guide d'ondes, qui présente des bandes de grilles de couplage se succédant à distance mutuelle. L'angle de couplage varie parallèlement aux lignes d'au plus 0,1°/cm, de préférence au plus de 0,05°/cm. L'écart par rapport à sa valeur moyenne s'élève sur l'ensemble de la plaque de guide d'ondes, au plus à 0,3°, de préférence au plus à 0,15°. Cette plaque de guide d'ondes s'utilise comme partie constitutive d'une plate-forme de capteurs et d'un système de récipients d'échantillonnage pour examens par analyses chimiques et biologiques. L'invention concerne également différents modes de réalisation d'une plate-forme de capteurs obtenue à l'aide de la plaque de guide d'ondes selon l'invention, de même que l'utilisation de procédés mis en oeuvre à l'aide de cette plate-forme de capteurs pour mettre en évidence la présence d'un ou de plusieurs analytes et son utilisation.
