Abstract

The assembly heat exchanger with helical tube consists of a shell (1), core tube parts (3), flow-guide plates (4) and seal parts (5). The shell (1) includes a lower shell (11) and an upper shell (12), which being formed a closed shell cavity by attaching cover plates (2) respectively to its front end and rear end. The core tube parts (3) are installed within the shell (1) around a common longitudinal axis, which including a core tube (31), end plates (33) and the heat exchange tube (34) surrounding helically the core tube (31). The flow-guide plates (4) are located between the inner wall of the shell (1) and the outer wall of the core tube (31). The seal parts (5) are located beetween the lower and the upper shell (11, 12) connected with bolts (51) and nuts (52). The waste heating water passes through the shell (1) and the clean heated water passes through the heat exchange tube (34) in countercurrent flow. The advantage of the invention is that the heat exchanger can be manufactured easily and cleaned conveniently and may be used as a waste heat recovery device.

L'invention concerne un échangeur thermique à gaine en spirale assemblée se composant d'un boîtier (1), d'une partie centrale (3), de déflecteurs (4) venant entre la paroi intérieure du boîtier (1) et la paroi extérieure du corps central (31) et d'un joint d'étanchéité (5). Le boîtier (1), constitué d'une enveloppe inférieure (11) et d'une enveloppe supérieure (12), est hermétique grâce à la bande de rive (2) servant à joindre les extrémités avant et arrière. La partie centrale (3) s'allongeant axialement dans le boîtier (1) comprend un corps central (31), des bandes de rive d'extrémité (33) et un tube échangeur thermique (34) qui est enroulé en spirale sur le corps central (31). Quant aux joints d'étanchéité (5), ils viennent entre les enveloppes supérieure et inférieure (11, 12) qui sont assemblées par l'intermédiaire de boulons (51) et d'écrous (52). Ainsi, les rejets thermiques traversent le boîtier (1) et l'eau propre chauffée traverse en sens inverse le tube échangeur thermique (34). L'invention a le mérite d'être facile à fabriquer, pratique à nettoyer et de servir de dispositif de récupération des rejets thermiques.
