Abstract
(DE) Bei einem hydropneumatischen Druckspeicher mit einem innerhalb des Speichergehäuses (1) einen Gasraum (17) von einem Ölraum (13) trennenden Balg (19), der an seinem einen Ende am Speichergehäuse (1) so befestigt ist, dass der Ölraum (13) an die Innenseite des Balges (19) angrenzt, der an seinem freien anderen Ende durch einen entsprechend Volumenänderungen von Gasraum (17) und Ölraum (13) beweglichen Abschlusskörper (21) verschlossen ist, und mit einem das Strömen von Hydraulikfluidum aus dem und in den Ölraum (13) freigebenden oder sperrenden Ventil (31), das bei einer Bewegung des Abschlusskörpers (21), die einer einen vorgegebenen Grösstwert übersteigenden Vergrösserung des Volumens des Gasraumes (17) entspricht, durch den Abschlusskörper (21) in seine sperrende Stellung überführbar ist, ist der Abschlusskörper in Form eines Troges (21) ausgebildet, der mit seinem am offenen Ende (23) befindlichen Rand (25) mit dem zugeordneten freien Ende des Balges (19) verbunden ist, wobei der Trog (21) sich mit seiner Seitenwand (27) längs der Innenseite des Metallbalges (19) erstreckt und der Boden (35) des Troges (21) als bewegliches Ventilglied des das Strömen von Hydraulikfluidum steuernden Ventiles (31) ausgebildet ist.
(EN) The invention relates to a hydropneumatic accumulator comprising a bellow (19), which, inside the accumulator housing (1), separates a gas chamber (17) from an oil chamber (13) and which is fastened with one end thereof to the accumulator housing (1) so that the oil chamber (13) is delimited by the inside of the bellow (19). Said bellow is sealed on the other free end by means of a closing body (21) that moves according to changes in volume of the gas chamber (17) and of the oil chamber (13). The hydropneumatic accumulator also comprises a valve (31), which enables a hydraulic fluid to flow out of and into the oil chamber (13) or which blocks the flow of said hydraulic fluid. The valve can be transferred into its blocking position by the closing body (21) when the closing body (21) undergoes a movement corresponding to an increase in the volume of the gas chamber (17) that exceeds a predetermined maximum value. Said closing body is provided in the shape of a trough (21) which, with its edge (25) located on the open end (23), is connected to the assigned free end of the bellow (19). The trough (21) extends with its lateral wall (27) along the inside of the metal bellow (19), and the bottom (35) of the trough (21) is configured as a moveable valve element of the valve (31) that controls the flow of hydraulic fluid.
(FR) L'invention concerne un accumulateur de pression hydropneumatique comprenant un soufflet (19) séparant une chambre de gaz (17) d'une chambre d'huile (13) dans le boîtier (1) dudit accumulateur. A une de ses extrémités, le soufflet (19) est fixé au boîtier (1) de manière que la chambre d'huile (13) jouxte la face intérieure dudit soufflet (19) qui est fermé à son autre extrémité libre par un corps de fermeture (21) se déplaçant en fonction des variations du volume de la chambre de gaz (17) et de la chambre d'huile (13). L'accumulateur comprend également un clapet (31) permettant ou bloquant l'écoulement du fluide hydraulique entrant dans ou sortant de, selon le cas, la chambre d'huile (13). Ce clapet peut passer en position de fermeture, suite à un déplacement du corps de fermeture (21), correspondant à une augmentation du volume de la chambre de gaz (17) dépassant une valeur maximale prédéterminée. Le corps de fermeture (21) se présente sous forme d'auge (21) reliée par son bord (25) située sur l'extrémité libre (23) avec l'extrémité libre associée du soufflet (19). L'auge (21) s'étend par sa paroi latérale (27) le long de la face intérieure du soufflet métallique (19) et le fond (35) de ladite auge (21) se présente sous forme d'élément du clapet (31) pilotant l'écoulement du fluide hydraulique.
